Rider route — ePoD / OTP / COD — delivery evidence and cash are captured on the route.

Doorstep — NDR re-attempt or RTO to origin — if delivery does not complete, the record shows the next step.

Returns lane

When a delivery does not complete, the piece is scanned back through the Delv hub as an NDR re-attempt or an RTO to origin — it stays on the record, not off it.
