The company

Delv is a logistics operator. We run the work after the order: hubs, lanes, stock and delivery.

Delv is an operator, not a marketplace or aggregator — we run hubs, lanes, warehouses and local delivery for brands and e-commerce. We were incorporated in 2025. We build our own technology: an operations platform, the Delv Partner rider app and the Lekhia staff app.

How we work

Five habits that keep the account honest.

  1. 01Write it down

    Every count, exception and handover goes into the record before anyone moves on — not from memory afterwards.

  2. 02Number first, including the bad one

    The day closes with a number even when it is a loss or a mismatch; nothing is left out because it looks bad.

  3. 03Don't deduct what can't be located

    If a parcel or a rupee cannot be traced to a scan or an entry, nobody is made to pay for it.

  4. 04Name the system before a person

    When something goes wrong, we check the process and the record first, and only then ask who was on shift.

  5. 05Adjustments are allowed, unlogged adjustments are not

    A count or a charge can be corrected, but the correction itself has to be written down, with a reason.
