We assess the site, arrival pattern, parcel mix and dispatch cut-offs. Setup scope, staffing plan and the operating fee are agreed before mobilisation.

The team is staffed, trained and briefed on your workflow before the first handover.
- 03 · OperateOperate
Delv runs receiving, sorting, staging and dispatch, within the agreed scope. Every exception has a named owner.
- 04 · ReviewReview
The weekly review connects volume with staffing, dispatch readiness and open exceptions. Changes to scope are agreed together.
